Academy of Magic: Citadel

Universum is a city located at the intersection of all magical worlds, which is the abode of the Magic Council, which meets under the roof of the Magic Academy.
The city is unique, rich and diverse in all respects, the Magic Tower, which is standing in its center, concentrates all the necessary energy for the existence and development of the city and distributes it in accordance with the needs of its inhabitants.
